I’m loving this book. You accomplish in 40+ pages what takes most theologians 400 pages to barely touch. That is, the human, physical, and anthropomorphic response to a heart and mind surrendered to the Holy Spirit. Major admiration. Hammered in the Holy. It’s a good read that could be a great sermon series, if only someone would dare to preach it.

My first mission trip was part of the Antioch Day School program I was attending. The trip took me to Morocco where we shared with locals and experienced a culture very different from the USA. I became hooked at visiting foreign lands and seeing the love of God manifest to every tribe.
India was predominantly a time of encouraging and prophesying over sons and daughters of God at the orphanage. I encountered the love God through the kids. They ministered to me as much as I did to them. Their hearts were purely for Jesus and to love those around them.
In Brazil, we ministered to the local church at church meetings and as a larger team prayed for ~1000 pastors. God did incredible miracles and encouraged many people. This included my first time to experince a metal miracle as testified about in the video.
As my 2nd trip to Israel, I had already seen the majority of common pilgrimage sites. I decided that I wanted to minister to the people in the land. Although this was a tourism trip, God ministered to people everywhere I went. At a restaurant, I received some words of knowledge and prophetic words for a young man. He was shocked at Jesus revealing details of his life. He asked how I knew this information, and I pointed him to Jesus!
In Malawi, Jesus healed many people from stomach problems due to Malaria. I went into a prison and prayed for a man who had been blind in one eye his whole life. Jesus opened his eye. The 1st time we prayed he started seeing 1 foot away. The 2nd time we prayed he was seeing 15 or 20 feet away. Glory to Jesus! I cried many times throughout that day in awe of how Jesus chose to use me for such a miracle.
In Kenya, I spoke during the day to the church as part of a small crusade. As pictured, Holy Spirit led me to have the children pray for the sick. This demonstrated the simplicity of the Gospel and that anyone can do it. One of the most exciting parts of the trip was when I saw angels touching people in the crowd. The translator communicated for me that I was seeing angels touching specific places on peoples bodies. Roughly 7 people were all healed in a row. The 1st man had a hearing problem that was healed, and the last woman received healing for her eyes. Jesus did so many miracles that I can’t remember them all.
When I went to Israel for the 1st time, I experienced the joy of walking where Jesus walked and seeing Biblical sites. The young man in the black hoodie had a gunshot wound on his heel. We prayed for him, and Jesus healed him. I also prayed for a security officer at the Western Wall, and Jesus healed his back.
This was my first mission trip. We shared the good news with people we encountered during our trip. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was oppressive, but Jesus showed up! The people were very hospitable. I was surprised that when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, they stop what they were doing, come sit with us, and talk to us.
